I work from the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area. This is the Central Time Zone in the United States (GMT -6).
How do I receive a quote for my project?
Project quotes are based on an estimated hour count for the entire project after a detailed discussion with the client about project requirements. Depending on the scope of the project, work will be billed at an hourly, daily or weekly rate. How do you maintain client confidentiality?
We value our long-term relationships with our clients, and we take maximum precautions to ensure the safety and security of all client information. We never share any client information or documentation without your prior consent. Before starting your project, along with our Contract for Service, we will sign a nondisclosure agreement, stipulating the privacy and confidentiality of your information.
Do you work with video and audio sources, or are projects text based only?
Most projects entail research and analysis from text-based sources, but Vraa Consulting also work from video and audio resources, such as television and radio broadcasts, podcasts, social media videos and similar types of media. We also have video and audio editing and production capabilities if your project needs to be delivered in video or audio format.
Can you make calls abroad on my company’s behalf?
Yes, Vraa Consulting can make calls to locations where speaking the local language may yield better results. Calls are billed at the hourly consulting rate (half-hour minimum rate for all calls) plus the expense of the call.
What format do you accept for documents?
Documents should be in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel or PDF format. Vraa Consulting is also capable of processing various video and audio file formats.
